How long will it take to receive my order?
-Wholesale/Special Orders: Please allow 3-4 weeks to process.
-Retail Purchases: Orders are processed between 1-3 days in the SHOP area once we receive them. Please allow 3 to 11 days to receive your order through ground shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. Please send us your information and we will email you back with the shipping charges.
Are you constantly updating your products?
Yes, we are constantly looking for new and exciting products to add to our store. Animal prints (i.e. leopard print, zebra print, cow print, and tiger print) are our specialty. For example, we have several different types of leopard handbags and animal print purses. Please check periodically for new additions. Also please be aware that product availability can fluctuate. If you wish to purchase an out-of-stock product please contact us to check availability.

How does your 'Free Shopping Consultation' Work?
This is a free service we offer at High Horse Designs. If you need advice about what to wear on that special event or even on a date with someone special, we have the tools and resources to help you. Simply contact us via email with your information telling us what type of event you are going to and we will send you professional advice from a fashion expert regarding your needs and budget. Also if you don't know how to wear an item you want to purchase from us just email High Horse Designs and will be more than happy to help you.
Why can't I receive a refund instead of a product exchange?
We want to keep our inventory as new and exciting as possible. When a customer wishes to return an item after 7 days, it may become an outdated item for us and therefore does not meet our business objective. We thrive to consistently have accurate representations of our products so that you are not receiving items which appear different from the original picture. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped to California will incur 9.5% sales tax. All other shipping destinations are not taxed. Wholesale Customers do not pay tax when they provide us their Resale Certificate.
