Returns & Exchanges

High Horse Designs will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customer if the product delivered with 1 of the following 2 conditions:

1. Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our mistake, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).

2. Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery and we will arrange to have the product returned to us at no charge to you. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you free of charge.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 15 days of delivery, regardless of reason.

Complete the Return/Exchange Form

Complete the Return Form that you received with your order along with your invoice. Fill in the quantity and the return reason code. The Return Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit.

Please Allow 15 Days for us to receive and process your return. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns without Merchandise Return Form

On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Name, Customer Number or Order Number, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the returned merchandise. Please note whether you would like to return the item for credit or if you would rather exchange it for another item.

If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to process the order. We will pay the shipping for the new item.
